LCcycle is committed to maintaining your privacy. We do not collect personal
information about you and certainly share nothing with others. The exception
to this is when we establish a contractual relationship. In this relationship
you become our Dealer. As a manufacturer we may then record dealer information
such as contact, phone, address and order history.
Type of Information Collected:
Information about your credit transaction may be collected for the purpose
of credit card processing. This information may be stored (temporarily) while
processing occurs. After successful processing it is destroyed. This requires
you to use your card for each order as we do not file your credit card information
other than described above.
Portions of our web site may use "cookies", small text files to make navigation
easier and to record technical details like: what kinds of computers visit
[example: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.], what countries the visits originated from,
what versions of software are being used [example: Interent Explorer, Firefox,
Safari, Opera and others], and similar information but we have no way to pin
point who you are by using these features. We use these features to improve our
web services. We do not use tracking software to follow you when you are off our site.
Information Sharing:
We do not share your information with anyone. Exceptions are a Court Order
or advice of our legal counsel.
Security:
Our computer systems are kept behind locked doors at a location not
disclosed on our internet web site. Paper documents are shreaded before
disposal. Our web host [GoDaddy] has additional safeguards in place to protect privacy.
Opt-Out Provisions:
Since we have no opt-in service there isn't much to be said here. We do
not SPAM (unsolicited commercial e-mail) and have no bulk outgoing e-mail.
We may, however, require our Dealers to receive occasional e-mail from us to
keep up to date on business concerns. We do not e-mail you with offers to
become a Dealer but if you contact us we may use the internet/e-mail to
contact you with a reply and to answer any questions you may have. If you
request it we may telephone you. If you request it we may also send you
physical mail (snail mail) but we do not sell or rent lists to anyone.

The effective date of the above is: April 2, 2010. If the privacy policy
is changed, in the future, its then effective date may be found here.
Safe Shopping is Guaranteed:
Our site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse,
and alteration of customer information. These include securing forms with
SSL and digital certificates, physical security, network firewalls, and
regular data backups. You may order and pay with PayPal e-mail or fax your
order to us or pick up the phone and call us. We can accept Credit Card
payments over the phone.
